In this edition's coaching exercise we are going to gain self-discovery and awareness on all things self-expression, then I am going to teach you 2 practices to support you in becoming that most connected, expressed version of yourself.

The opposite of expression is suppression. Suppression can look ike self-censorship, self-sabotage, hedging, hiding, avoiding…

If you didn’t care about what anyone thought of you, personally or professionally:

What would you wear or how would you look?
What truth of yours would you share and who would you share it with?

Self-Discovery
In this edition's coaching exercise we are going to gain self-discovery and awareness on all things self-expression, then I am going to teach you 2 practices to support you in becoming that most connected, expressed version of yourself.
One thing to note before you get started...It's okay if this feels uncomfortable. You've spent your entire life living by rules that, at the time, served you, and certainly benefited those around you. It is going to feel uncomfortable when you work to rewrite all of this.
Grab a journal and pen, get comfortable, and gift yourself by answering the following questions:
1. What does being fully self expressed mean to
you?
2. How do you feel when you express yourself?
3. Fill in this sentence: I know I am fully
expressing myself when ____________.
