This is the book I turn to with a blanket and a hot cup of tea at the end of a long day. My personal favorite poem in this poignant collection is Jan Brierton’s Brute, on page 99.
Every Day is a Fresh Beginning: Meaningful Poems for Life is a stunning collection of poetry chosen by Aoibhín Garrihy to uplift and inspire, delight and comfort. These powerful verses will guide you through the stresses of modern life, touching on themes such as friendship, love, home, parenting, and grief.
Tracy Litt’s work has profoundly impacted my life. In her work, not only does Tracy help you get to the root of what is holding you back, but she follows it by helping you actually solve the challenge you are having. In Episode 1 of her new podcast, The School of Becoming, Tracy shares the story of her evolution as a coach and spiritual guide and gives us some tough love on the real process of becoming our true selves. I am constantly learning about myself and the human condition when I listen to Tracy. If you want to actually learn how to change, this podcast will be a mandatory listen. P.S. if you missed her interview in the second edition of this very magazine, find it here.

I was recently introduced to Hilary and her work through a friend, and was immediately struck by Hilary’s story and strength, and how she is using it to help women heal. In The Right Room, Hilary provides a safe space where women share their stories of overcoming challenges, providing inspiration and support to those healing in silence. While listening to her recent interview with Meg Geisewite in Episode 109, I received the gift of questioning my own relationship with alcohol, and the role that it portrays in modern motherhood. These podcast interviews are the types of conscious conversations that elevate us all.
