what WE ARE loving
“Essentialism isn’t about getting more done in less time. It’s about getting only the right things done”. McKeown’s message of doing less, but better, deeply resonated with me when I found myself burnt out and juggling ALL the things. I quickly implemented many of his systems, and found myself having more time for play while spending less time in decision paralysis. I re-read this book every year.
This podcast is in my rotation every week. Ed is a very successful entrepreneur, business owner and speaker, but he approaches each interview and his audience with magnetic humility and curiosity. A mixture of solo and interview episodes, my stand out favorites are episodes are 159, and interview with Damon West, and 219, Achieve the Impossible.
A mid life mastery coach, Liz Svatek combines humor and empathy to create a podcast that has inspired me on multiple occasions. Liz interviews women across the country who have learned to USE their fear and leap for greatness. She’s interviewed well known voices like Suzanne Sommers and Gloria Allred, but one of my favorites is episode 142, , where Liz interviews Dr. Wendy Walsh on dating, marriage and mating rituals.
